Top 500 LIVE brings together many of the remodeling industry’s highest-performing companies and growth-minded operators.
Heather challenged leaders to rethink brand, trust, customer choice, and why companies that win on value behave differently from those that compete on price.
Tell me who is in the room and what you want them to leave believing.
The format bends. The idea they leave with does not.
Why your biggest growth problem may not be marketing.
Many companies do not need another campaign before they have answered a more important question: why should someone choose us, and what must be true throughout the business for us to prove it?
Heather challenges the traditional definition of brand and shows leaders how to turn one differentiated Operating Promise™ into a standard for leadership, sales, operations, marketing, people, technology, AI, and customer experience.
Audiences learn how cross-functional alignment creates growth, why go-to-market becomes stronger when the business is ready, and how belief, behavior, and customer experience turn differentiation into commercial value.
They leave with a practical way to recognize whether they have a marketing problem, a promise problem, or an organizational alignment problem, and a clearer understanding of what to do next.
Marketing creates attention.Businesses earn preference.
Every session can be tailored to the audience, industry, meeting objective, and desired outcome.
Why capable companies end up negotiating on price, and what must be true inside the business before salespeople can confidently explain and defend the value.
How to transfer what the founder knows into clear promises, standards, people, and systems so growth no longer depends on one person being present for every important decision.
How to use AI to increase speed, capacity, and consistency without producing generic, inaccurate, or off-brand communication.
Some of the best thinking happens in dialogue.
Heather has joined podcasts, webinars, and live conversations to explore brand, value, growth, customer preference, founder dependence, and why so many good companies end up competing on price.

Six ideas a leadership team can use immediately.
If your team heard one idea that changed how they saw the business, what would that be worth?
A promise no competitor is willing to make may be the only kind worth owning.
I often tell the story of a remodeling company that made a promise its own industry considered impossible: on time, on budget, stress free.
People laughed when they heard it. That reaction was the point.
Then I explain what it took to keep it. Job descriptions changed. Compensation changed. Sales tools changed. Operating standards changed. Every person learned the proof points they owned.
Revenue doubled. Profit doubled. Marketing spending declined as a percentage of revenue.
By the end of the story, the room is usually no longer thinking only about marketing. They are asking: what promise could our business make, and are we prepared to keep it?
My favorite moment in any talk is not the applause.
It is the quiet one, when a CEO leans toward someone on the leadership team and starts whispering because they have just recognized their own business in the room.
That is when I know the idea will outlive the session.
Tell me who is in the room and what you want them to walk out believing.
Share your event, audience, date, format, and desired outcome. If Heather is the right fit, she will recommend the session and structure most likely to create meaningful discussion and action. If she is not, she will tell you honestly.
The goal is not simply a room that enjoyed a presentation. It is a room that sees the business differently and knows what to do next.
